Success Story with Jamie Tizzard: How Running Can Change Your Life

In this podcast episode we speak with Jamie Tizzard -a mother of two from southern California who has been completing our virtual run challenges. 

In 2020 she found herself scrolling through Facebook and responded to an ad for the 100 Mile Challenge.

It was the push she needed to get off the couch, become a runner, drop 75 pounds, and start running in-person races.

Jamie now runs 6 miles 5 times per week and has improved her running pace from a 15 minute mile to a 9:30 minute mile. She finished the Orange County Half Marathon in 2:05:07!
