In this episode we speak with Sarah Sellers, a nurse anesthetist, whose surprise 2nd place finish at the 2018 Boston Marathon made her an overnight sensation in the running world.

Sarah Sellers is best known for her surprise 2nd place finish at the 2018 Boston Marathon with a time of 2:44:04.

She went on to finish 18th at the 2018 NYC Marathon, 19th at the 2019 Boston Marathon, and ran 2:31:49 at the 2019 Chicago Marathon finishing in 12th place. In 2020 she set a PR of 2:31:48 at the US Olympic Marathon Trials where she finished 11th.
