Molly and Sara share how runners, especially women, can have long term success in our sport. They also discuss running during pregnancy and post-pregnancy. Their new book is called How She Did It.

Molly Huddle is a two-time U.S. Olympian (London 2012 and Rio 2016), two-time winner of the New York City Half, and finished 3rd at the 2016 NYC Marathon in her debut marathon.  She set a PR of 2:26:33 at the London Marathon in 2019.  She and her husband recently had their first child.

Sara Slattery is a two-time NCAA champion in the 5,000m and 10,000m. In 2007 she won the 10,000m at the Pan American Games, setting a Games record time. She is the head cross country coach at Grand Canyon University in Arizona and the mother of two children.
