Great collaboration! I have been a follower of both of these podcasts for years. My question is about cutting out heavy lifting during a taper before the marathon. I’m curious does this include core and upper body weight training as well for that last 1-2 weeks of the marathon taper? Or do you only cut out lower body during that time? Thanks!
