Susan Lacke’s story is so inspirational!! I listed yesterday when it was 83 degrees, 90% humity. Ugh, my own “sufferfest” seemed minuscule compared to her journey! I too am a former addict, ex-smoker, and (still a little) overweight. I think I’ll listen again tomorrow morning on my 7 mile training run! Thank you, I’m going to order the book!
