Whew glad that’s over! Ran the Napa Valley Marathon this morning in preparation for Boston. Wanted to keep this under 3 hours but there were 26 miles of headwinds! After 2 hours 59 minutes and 48 seconds I crossed the finish but had to dig a little deeper than I wanted. 3rd in age group so I got a bottle of champagne! Coach Steve

Ben Greenfield is not a ‘health expert’.

He is an anti-vaxxer that thinks vaccinations lead to autism.

He is a quack and has no business being on your otherwise excellent show. Do not legitimize his dangerous, fringe views.

Wow I had no idea he was an anti-vaxxer. I’ll be skipping this episode for sure. Thank you for the heads-up.

Ben Greenfield is not an anti-vaxxer and this podcast episode has nothing to do with vaccinations. Here is Ben in his own words: https://twitter.com/bengreenfield/status/1105881669737693184

One thing I have to comment about…if you have ever listened to Ben’s podcast, his intro just BEGS for a parody…..
